Yes! You can bring the items down to the store for an assessment and potential offer (magazine out, action open, and in a case if you have one but not necessary). Please note that there is no guarantee that we will buy the item.
If you live further away or want to be sure the trip is worth it, you may also send pictures with a description to "greg@juggernautarms.com" and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Please allow up to 72hrs for a response.
Yes! We accept all incoming transfers, so you are never in danger of having a shipment rejected. We require one business day to process all incoming transfers, so you will not be able to pick up your firearm the same day it was delivered.
We will notify you when it is ready for you to come down, usually the next business day, and do the paperwork to pick it up.
Once notified, all you will need to bring with you is a Nevada State Driver's License and your CCW if you have it.
You will also need to email us at "info@juggernautarms.com" with a copy at of your receipt or invoice showing proof of purchase and whether NV sales tax was paid (NOTE: If sales tax was not paid at the time of purchase we are required to collect it per Nevada state law.)
We will not complete the transfer without this documentation so please come prepared!
Our transfer fee is $30 per firearm.
Yes! Both parties must be present in order to complete the transfer. Our Private Party transfer service fee is $30. Please be aware that due to Nevada regulation, the buyer will be subject to a background check regardless if they are a CCW holder or not. This is at no cost to either party and is done the same day.
Background Checks are submitted and completed the same day.
The only exception is a state issued response of "3 Day Delay" which gives NV DPS 3 full business days to give us a response, so in this instance you would be subject to that brief wait period.
We are not doing NFA transfers at this time; however, we anticipate resuming this service May 1st. Stay tuned for updates.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 10 business days of the receipt of the product. You will need to present a copy of your receipt.
If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it, offer you store credit, or offer you a refund, less a 25% restocking fee, based on your original method of payment. All products must be packed in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. A 15% open box fee in addition to the 25% restocking fee (totaling 40%) will be assessed on any sealed product that is opened or removed from its original packaging.
Please note that we do not permit the return of the following products:
1. Special orders and products that are custom configured to your specifications.
2. Products sold "as is" or "used" or that have been installed or used after receipt.
3. Firearms, once transferred to buyer.
4. Illumination devices, electronic sights, optics and night vision equipment.
