Non Firearm Transfers

We understand that having valuable shipments delivered to your home or work just isn't feasible or preferred, we have a solution.

Firearms always have to go to a dealer (FFL), but up until now we would only accept guns, now we will accept articles that might not get shipped to your state, or things you don't want a porch pirate to snag.
Ammunition- All legal, non-NFA, munitions are accepted. Standard calibers (ie, 223, .308, .30-06, 9mm/ 40sw/ 45acp) are good to go up to 1k rounds. (Exceptionally large, or nonstandard munition require prior clearance and may incur addition cost)

Accessories- All legal, non-NFA articles that fit in a 14x12x12 box are covered under the standard fee. (Exceptionally large, heavy or oversized articles require prior clearance)
Reloading supplies- Powder, primers, casings and other miscellaneous articles are accepted. (Any shipment exceeding 5lbs of powder, 20,000 primers, or 30lbs total shipment weight requires prior clearance)

* This service requires a minimum of "1" business day.
*Recipient will receive an automated text message or email at the end of the business day it is received with further instructions.
*Government issued ID must match the recipient name.
*Please use the "Contact Us" tab before having things shipped in.
*Transfer fee covers the article for up to 2 weeks, longer term storage requires prior clearance and additional cost.
*Any article unclaimed after 90 days without prior authorization is subject to forfeiture.

FFL Transfers

Juggernaut Arms LLC is happy to handle your next FFL Transfer! The standard fee to do so is $30, for subsequent firearms the fee goes down to $25/$20/$20/$20 and resets to $30 and so forth.

Oversized boxes, extra parts, that otherwise require extra care and handling are subject to an additional transfer fee. If you're concerned that your next transfer could be subject to additional fee's please contact us via Email before hand and make sure.

A standard $25 background check must be conducted if you don't have a Nevada CCW. Nevada CCW MUST be presented with driver's license or else the $25 background check will be automatically charged and processed.

We require physical, printed documentation to be presented at time of pickup. This documentation must show purchase price of the firearm. We are required to collect Washoe county sales tax (8.265%) based on the purchase price of the firearm. If you paid sales tax already, your documentation must show that as well. If your firearm was a gift, we require a gift letter to waive the tax collection requirement. Emailing this documentation is insufficient, we require a physical copy. If you can't furnish a hardcopy we can print one out for you, a $5 fee is collected per invoice/receipt we have to print on your behalf. (This exists solely to help us stay efficient, minimizing the amount of time per transaction helps us, help you.)

We require 1 business day to process incoming shipments. For example, if your firearm arrives on a Monday, it will be available to pick up Tuesday or later. We receive a high volume of incoming packages and are unable to sort through for individual boxes.

Summary - What you need to get your firearm once it has arrived:
- Drivers License with current physical residence (Nevada ID card will not work)
- Paper copy of Invoice / Receipt / Gift Letter
- Nevada CCW (Optional)

*If any of these requirements aren't met, we will not transfer the firearm. Thanks for your understanding.

Storage Fees and Abandoned Merchandise

Firearms and accessories stored for 30 days or longer are subject to a $20 storage fee per month.

Firearms and accessories awaiting transfer or special orders awaiting pick-up for longer than (6) six months, (180 consecutive days from the arrival date) will be considered abandoned and subject to forfeiture - no refunds will be given on special orders. Alternate arrangements for deployed military personnel, etc., can be made by calling or emailing the shop prior to placing an order.

NFA items will be considered abandoned if the ATF Form 4 process has not been started within (6) six months (180 consecutive days) of notification that the item has been received, or if not picked up within (6) six months (180 consecutive days) of notification that ATF Form 4 has been approved. This policy does not apply to NFA items awaiting ATF Form 4 approval.

Returns/Cancellations

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 10 business days of the receipt of the product. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it, offer you store credit, or offer you a refund, less 25% restocking fee, based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned within 10 business days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. A 15% open box fee in addition to the 25% restocking fee (totaling 40%) will be assessed on any sealed product that is opened or removed from its original packaging.

Please note that we do not permit the return of the following products:
   1. Special orders and products that are custom configured to your specifications.
   2. Products sold "as is" or "used" or that have been installed or used after receipt.
   3. Firearms, once transferred to buyer.
   4. Illumination devices, electronic sights, optics and night vision equipment.

NOTE: We recommend that you use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns, and either insure your package for safe return or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you chose not to use a carrier that offers tracking and insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.

The United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before USPS will initiate a trace. The customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways on returns, as well as for shipping charges on shipments that are refused.

Used Firearms

The seller provides all descriptions for used items. All descriptions for used items are honest and based on actual items being offered for sale. Items being sold in this manner will be marked as such. All sales on used items are final. Photos will be provided when available. All machine guns are considered used unless otherwise noted.

General Firearm Sales

All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering. You must be 18 or older to purchase a long gun and 21 or older to purchase a handgun per ATF rules, but state and local laws may differ and you will need to check your local laws before purchasing a firearm.

All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer's box, with magazine(s), accessories and applicable warranty. Firearms requiring warranty work must be returned to the factory within 1 year of purchase for repair. Accessories and special order items not normally sold by our store will not be covered under warranty even if these products are part of an integrated firearms package, unless we have guaranteed the entire package in writing. Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information on all accessories and special order items.

Consumer Data Privacy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it.

The Credit Card Billing Information, Shipping Information, and Contact Information in our checkout process are required in order to process your order and deliver the product to you. We store some information for accounting reasons. Your information will not be shown to third parties not involved in the transaction, nor used to send you any unrequested information. The entire Checkout process is handled through a secure SSL-encrypted connection.

The Credit Card Billing Information is sent directly to our payment provider who processes your credit card transaction. The credit card information is neither recorded nor stored by us, and it can only be accessed by our payment provider. Each transaction has a very high level of security. Your credit card details are sent directly to the payment provider over a secure SSL-encrypted connection. They are not processed on our servers at any stage of the transaction, nor are they stored on our server.

Secure Transmission

All information collected during the checkout process is transmitted via industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) featuring 128-bit encryption. A Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Certificate creates an encrypted link between a website and a visitor's Web browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the website and the browser remains private and secure.

Order Fulfillment

All orders are shipped promptly from our warehouse or in-store inventory within 3 - 10 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS and FedEx.

Online Price & Description Errors

Our online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item's description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order we will not charge the customer's credit card or we will refund the money.

If an item's description contains an error such as incorrect photo, price, accessory or description and a customer makes the order, we will not process the order without first contacting the customer. If the order is mistakenly shipped, we may advise the customer to return the item in an unopened condition and we will refund the customer. By placing an order, the customer agrees that $dealerName will be the final arbiter of discrepancies in the online catalog.

Ammunition Purchases

You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground with adult signature required. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations. *All ammunition sales will comply with local and state laws and will not be shipped to any restricted areas.*

ADDITIONAL SALES RESTRICTIONS

You must be 21 or older to purchase a handgun, receiver or NFA item (silencer, SBR, etc.), and 18 or older to purchase a long gun. The online purchaser must be the individual to pick up the item purchased. You may not purchase an item online, then have another individual pick up the item.

*Also note, a Nevada Drivers License is required to *purchase or *transfer ALL firearms. Nevada Identification Cards are not valid in this store and as such no background check will be executed with one. However, an ID card with a valid Nevada CCW will work.

SHIPPING

At this time we do not ship orders placed through the website. All orders are held in our Sparks NV store for local pick-up only.
